
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.
USPS Priority Mail offers 1, 2, and 3 day delivery options if it is available to you. Please note that this means it with take USPS 1-3 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if USPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
International Terms
6sixtystreet.com ships worldwide and provides costs at checkout for shipping carrier rates. All import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. 6sixtystreet.com does not provide information on what your country may charge at customs.
Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as "gift" or with altered prices. It's against the law!
If a package is lost in transit 6sixtystreet will work with you to determine the best options. Shipping will not be reimbursed to the customer if the tracking history shows the order was shipped.
USPS First Class Mail service does not provide tracking information or guarantee delivery after it leaves the United States. Packages that are not delivered using this mailing class will not be reimbursed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a $5.00 returns fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected and a refund will not be given.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
